There are three types of pulling stations and three types of gas nozzles. As you can fill the whole system with gas or insert a pad, only sky is the limit to the opportunities you can get!
If it is not possible to push the gas further inside the pipe, you can use the long gas nozzle and get the gas in behind the weld – giving you complete certainty that the welding zone is free of oxygen.
Place the O-ring in such a way as to envelop the pipe on the nozzle and the pulling station so as to prevent the nozzle from dropping
3 pulling stations:
The equipment can be used for the vast majority of pipe welding jobs.
It is easy to insert. It is a very rigid stainless steel wire with a Bakelite ball at the end that can be inserted through 6 to 8 90-degree bends after which the hose is coupled and guided to the welding place.
Easy to pull out after welding where it can easily be pulled through 6 to 8 90-degree bends where the bend is exceeds 51 mm.
When you use foam rubber pads, it is practically impossible to generate over-pressure in the welding zone. The weld remains smooth and does not bulge out when sealed.
If the pads are not exposed to sharp objects and similar, they are unbelievably strong. Withstand temperatures of up to 100 °C.
The pads are manufactured with a sealed side. The pads can be requested in all sizes. The set covers sizes from 1" to 4" for both dairy and inch pipes.
If you need to reduce a pipe size, in most of the cases, it will be possible to pull the pads through.
The set is made of rust-proof materials and will therefore not rub off inside the pipes.
The tools are neatly organised in a clear plastic box making it easy to keep track of the contents and find what you are looking for.
Hoses are available in lengths of 10 metres and can be extended as needed.
The price is amazing when considering the quality and possibilities of the system!
